hacked with JPEXS FFDEC

hacked features:

> reduced XP table

+ "uncapped" talisman fragment levels

- low mana pool "Next level at" increment ratio

+ all battle traits have 10 level cap

- modified skills to make way for +45 to skill levels other than Might skills and Component skills as spells wont recharge or work when exceed 100% reduction.

increased summoned monsters cap
