GC2CS incr trait level cap pc version
Apology: sorry for taking so long because my computer has burnt out graphic cards also for heavy academic load nothing to do with programming.
As this hacker has promised, the version with incrased trait level cap and talisman rarity cap and NOTHING else has change. Neither the first 100 rarity for talisman fragments.
