GCL GIAB free premium has been rehacked

Sorry i have lost my back up and the save cannot save too much XP.

so i rolled back the field base XP to slighty higher-than normal(rehacked)

as compensation for some players we 100x the skill effectivity most skills especially gem mastery and component skills (changing "%" into x)

do not worry, the 2 skills with hidden "Next skill level costs negative skill points" is still there

we also make amplifier stronger too

and mana pool info panel syetem for mana pool.
